Hard Cash Cove sits on Lake Hartwell with water access from the yard: a marked path through the trees down to the home’s private dock. Covered-dock access and a deep-water slip that stays usable even when the lake is down — boat, fish, swim, or float without leaving the cove.
Evenings are for the backyard firepit. The house is quiet and private, yet close to I-85 for Clemson weekends, graduations, and an easy in-and-out from Atlanta or Greenville.
